The number of sessions varies depending on individual needs and goals. Some clients experience positive changes within a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. It's a collaborative process and progress is unique to each person’s journey.

I offer both in-person and remote sessions. Online therapy is available via Zoom for clients located throughout the state of California. In-person sessions are held at my office in Oakland, CA.

As I occasionally adjust my rate, please call or email to inquire about my current fee.
I am committed to offering therapy and guidance to those who are yearning for a deeper relationship with themselves and, when possible, I offer lower fees for clients who experience financial hardship.
If my fee is too high or my caseload is full, I have clinicians under my supervision who are trained in my methodology and who may have openings to support you. If this is something you are interested in, connect with me for a referral or more information.

I am considered an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurance plans. Many individuals I work with receive full or partial reimbursement from their insurance company. The necessary invoices are provided for individuals to receive appropriate reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly to understand their out-of-network policy.
