About Me

Hi. I’m Javanne.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who is certified in meditation, yoga, and plant medicine work.

I understand trauma and pain as the initial stepping stone on our path toward self-discovery, acceptance, and embracing the truth of who we are. My work is to be your partner on your journey to empowerment and transformation – to return home to your true self.

I believe that healing is found by expanding our ability to courageously embrace and connect with every facet of our multidimensional selves. When we recognize that through each experience, life brings us a sherpa – an instrument guiding us to gain deeper insights into ourselves, the world, and leading us to a more purposeful existence – then each encounter serves as an invitation.

A crucial aspect of this journey involves delving into a profound understanding of oneself, acknowledging and embracing the entirety of who we are and transitioning from a state of fragmentation to wholeness.

As a descendant of Holocaust survivors, the understanding that strength and beauty can be found in the face of unimaginable adversity is deeply interwoven into my soul. This trauma alchemized my family’s values, strengthening our ability to live through our hearts and solidifying our resilience. My ancestors’ experiences forged my purpose in life: to support others in healing their broken hearts, to provide tenderness to those who are the most fractured, and to bring vitality and light into the places where darkness once reigned.

I understand trauma and pain as the initial stepping stone on our path toward self-discovery, acceptance and embracing the truth of who we are.

My approach is a blend of deep compassion alongside bold empowerment, allowing clients to tap into their inner wisdom so that they can navigate life’s challenges with renewed clarity and purpose.

Through this invitation to bring all of ourselves into awareness with love, we are able to rediscover the preciousness of being alive. My holistic philosophy invites individuals to embrace their true essence in all its messiness so that they can live authentically and cultivate a profound sense of well-being. I want your life to feel sacred.
